1997 Schwartz v. Brownlee, 253 Va. 159.Petition for appeal was originally denied but then granted on rehearing. In petition for appeal rehearing, appellant failed to reiterate all issues raised in original petition for appeal. This constitutes abandonment of those issues not raised in petition for rehearing.
