1966 Finch v. McRae, 206 Va. 917, 147 S.E.2d 83.

Defendant’s vehicle was stalled and coasting down hill in attempt to jump start. Road was 16 feet wide. Plaintiff forced to leave roadway in order to get around defendant. Jury justified in finding defendant negligent.
