1989 State Farm Mut. Auto. Ins. Co. v. Gandy, 238 Va. 257, 383 S.E.2d 717.

For purposes of medical payments, injury by forklift is not covered under plaintiff’s auto policy.

1965 Shook Co. v. Barksdale, 206 Va. 45, 141 S.E.2d 738.

Plaintiff was asked by operator of forklift to stand on back of forklift as counterweight. Forklift reared up and plaintiff was injured. No assumption of risk since this was common practice.
