Defendant had infant on front seat. That infant was on front seat without being protected from falling was irrelevant.

1943 Bell v. Kenney, 181 Va. 24, 23 S.E.2d 781.

Four people were riding in front seat, including plaintiff. There was no evidence that position of plaintiff contributed to accident.
